The company manages a 479-kilometre district heating network, one biofuel-based combined heat and power station, 15 small boiler plants and two solar power plants. Utilitas’ first district cooling system is located in Tallinn, Fahle quarter. Utilitas Tallinn services and supplies with heat 4,200 buildings.
